MilkMore's Terms of Service
By accessing Milkmore's websites you accept these terms, whether you're registered, just browsing directly or indirectly, or reading in any way MilkMore's published or hosted content. When we say "websites" we mean all of the places on www.milkmore.com, and m.milkmore.com . We may change these terms of use now and then (and may or may not let you know we have), so check them regularly.

Using the Services

If you wish to contribute "postings" (meaning any content contributed by a user to the community), you do not have to register. Yet we will still need some personal information from you. What information we collect, and how we use it is outlined in Milkmore's Privacy Policy.

Content

All information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, or any other materials whatsoever (collectively, "Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, is the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. This means that the user, and not Milkmore, is entirely responsible for all Content that he or she uploads, posts, emails or otherwise transmits via the Milkmore Sites. Milkmore reserves the right to refuse or delete any Content of which it becomes aware and reasonably deems not to fulfill the purpose of Milkmore. In addition, Milkmore shall have the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to refuse or delete any Content that it reasonably considers to violate the Terms or be otherwise illegal. Milkmore, in its sole and absolute discretion, may preserve Content and may also disclose Content if required to do so by law or judicial or governmental mandate or as reasonably determined useful by Milkmore to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Milkmore Sites' users and the public. While Milkmore will use reasonable efforts to back up site data and make such data available in the event of loss or deletion, Milkmore has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any messages and other communications or other Content maintained or transmitted by any Milkmore Site.

Examples of content that will be removed if posted:

* Racist, sexist or homophobic comments;
* Content that harasses or 'stalks' any person;
* Defamatory statements or personal attacks on others;
* Personal details or private information about any other person
* Content made under another person's name or that impersonates another person;
* Commercial advertising;
* Excessively coarse language or content
* A breach any intellectual property rights law or discussions how to commit illegal activity.

Copyrighted material or trademarks

Do not post such content without the permission of the owner or you may put yourself at risk of legal action. You can share a useful internet resource with other Milkmore users by hyperlinking to the relevant resource, but first make sure you're allowed to by checking the terms of use of the site you are linking to.

Your Copyright

The copyright in your postings is yours. By using the service you agree to give us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to reproduce, communicate, re-publish, edit, adapt or otherwise use your postings as we see fit, including the right to sublicense to others at our discretion. If you don't want your posting to be used in this way, don't post. Once you have made a posting, you can't withdraw or retract your license and consents. Milkmore's intellectual property (which includes content other than postings and the Milkmore trade marks) may not be used in any way or for any purpose without our permission. You also agree not to sell, resell, or offer for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Milkmore sites, use of the Milkmore sites, or access to them.

Milkmore's Liability

Milkmore, as a content host, provides the tools and the space for anyone to publish their own content on the Milkmore sites. We are not responsible to you or anyone else for any loss, damage, liability, cost or expense suffered in connection with the use of the community or any of its content. We make no warranties or representations about the online community or its content and exclude, to the maximum extent permitted by law, any liability which may arise as a result of the use of the services or their content. We will never be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of business profits or revenue arising out of the use of the community. You indemnify us against each claim, action, proceeding, judgment, damage, loss, expense or liability incurred or suffered by, or brought, made or recovered against us in connection with any breach by you of these terms of use.

Charges

It is absolutely free to use the basic MilkMore service on the web or on your mobile. If in the future there might be a small charge applied to certain services, you will be told of any charges beforehand and asked to agree so it's always your choice.

Jurisdiction

Any legal issues arising will be dealt with under the laws of the United Kingdom, since that's where our online community is run from. Illegal activity under those laws will be a violation of these terms, but as the Milkmore website is accessible worldwide you may run into trouble under the laws in other jurisdictions too.
